"I drove 4 hours to Vestal at 1:20AM and was greeted by Evan, who showcased very poor behavior and attitude. He cancelled my reservation after getting frustrated when he was unable to explain hidden fees and proceeded to tell me I have no common sense before telling me to “get out of my establishment”. Working in a hospitality industry, this was far from hospitable and professional. Would not choose to book here again, would not recommend anyone spend their money here unless you like being treated poorly."

"What an amazing home! It’s soo big you can literally get lost in there! The host spared no expense when it came to this beautiful house! Everything you can think of is there, from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms, we barely had to bring anything! There are endless options for fun at the house, from table games, to the pool, disc golf etc. And the view!!! Just wait till you see the stars while sitting around the fire pit! It’s breathtaking! Will definitely look in to returning for our next golf trip!"

"Hotel is very clean and nice looking inside and out. Room was very roomy and laid out nice. Beds were soft with nice sheets and blankets. 4 fluffy pillows on each bed. 2 wireless charging pads for phones and plenty of usb plug ins and regular outlets to charge devices. Rooms a quiet with plenty of places to eat near by. Cons would be refrigerator in room is smallest I have seen in a hotel room. No coffee maker in the room and toilets really low to ground with horrible seats. Pool isn’t very big at all and parking can be very limited on a busy day. Breakfast is only hard boiled eggs, 3 cold cereals, bagels, plain yogurt, muffins, and instant oatmeal. Drinks coffee, apple and orange juice. One elevator for 4 levels and all the guest. No body wash in shower just bar soap."

"Property needs remodeling. Parking lot has pot holes I was worried about loosing a car in. Furniture with broken handles/worn. Fridge was so frozen over the ice kept if from closing."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. My keys stopped working for some reason and the staff were quick to replace them. I heard from other guests that they had the same issue. The tub had spots where it had been repaired hastily - they were rough, discolored, and at first looked like it was just a dirty tub. Everywhere in the building I had ventured also had a distinct smell to it - not garbage or mold or anything - more like strongly spiced food."

"Least expensive motel in the area I think, and by a good bit. Seemed to be populated by a lot of construction folks and also a lot of transient types hanging around in the back. OVERALL pretty clean but aged. No rug in room but vinyl plank, clean floor but over used shower which had black stuff on the floor. Bath was pretty clean -shower notwithstanding-but room amenities were limited to a cake of soap and the obligatory plastic water cups. Fresh power strip beside the bed was convenient, but other furniture in room could have been inside or outside use. AGAIN, cheap and what you would expect for low cost.....however, clean and quiet with washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator etc..... no mistaking it for the RITZ, but for the price perfectly adequate for a one night break from travel. no car charger or anything tech but WIFI worked (not blazing speed, but) and the snack machine was full. Close to a lot of food and such - within a mile max. Good Value"
