- Elegant newly renovated apartment, with decorative fireplace located in the old town of Oviedo, in front of the Medieval Wall, in a very quiet street, just two minutes from the Cathedral, Archaeological Museum, the Fontan, and the famous Gascona Street (Boulevard de la Sidra), next to the most typical restaurants, cider houses and terraces of Oviedo.
It has a garage space 4 minutes walk from the apartment.

Great location and the apartment was very nice, but in need of a little maintenance.Unfortunately the access instructions did not allow us to access the building and we only managed to get in by chance when another resident came home. We really loved that everything we needed was close by and overall our stay was fine. Fir future bookings we would recommend that somebody meets the guest at the building entrance to make sure they can get in.

close to everything in Oviedo! and awesome to have parking in the underground garage for our day trips in Asturias.
We loved having a full kitchen during our extended stay. Stove, oven, dishwasher, freezer/fridge.
Lourdes is caring and helpful. We were in town during a heatwave. She reached out and arranged for a ceiling fan to be installed for us. (AC is not a common thing in this part of Spain.)
We had a great time, and will absolutely stay at her place again.

A welcoming retreat
We enjoyed the location and ambience of this lovely apartment. It had everything we needed. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Everything was perfect!
Located just outside the city wall with a short walk to bars, restaurants and grocery store. The apartment was clean, neat, modern and beautiful! It was very quiet at night and had a convenient parking garage for our use. Wouldn’t have changed a thing!

El apartamento es aún más bonito que en las fotos, está inmejorablemente situado, en una zona tranquila pero a unos pasos de la catedral y el casco histórico, y además cuenta con plaza de garaje que es todo un plus en la zona.
Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia, aunque nos hubiera gustado poder quedarnos todos los dias que teníamos previsto y que, desafortunadamente, no pudo ser.
Es un alojamiento totalmente recomendable.

Fin de semana en Oviedo
El apartamento es muy cómodo y reúne todas las facilidades para una estancia en Oviedo muy agradable. Moderno, bien situado, totalmente equipado, a un paso del centro y con una propietaria totalmente disponible para cualquier eventualidad.
