el servicio normal. trato cordial. pero lo que no he entendido es que digan que encienden la calefacción a las 18 p.m y luego en la 3ª planta, a las 21:15 aún no esté encendido el radiador. tuvimos que pedir un calefactor por un 27 de noviembre, hace frío, es más, estuvo granizando todo el dia. asi que como verán, menos mal al calefactor pudimos secar algo las ropas.

El personal muy amable y atento a resolver cualquier duda o problema. La habitación cómoda y el baño un poco justo. el aparcamiento esta frente al hotel y es público y con un tique que te entrega el hotel te descuentan 3€. La valoración es buena y el trato exquisito y está en el centro. no me importaría repetir.

Un poco descuidado en instalaciones

La cobertura wifi no era buena, no llegaba dentro de la habitación. El colchon de mala calidad. El bidet estorbaba para sentarte en el inodoro. El flexo de la ducha demasiado rigido. No sabia y no supieron decirme, como comunicarme con recepción por el teléfono. Lo positivo fue que me facilitaron un descuento para el parking.

Para pasar una noche es aceptable, más no porque a pesar de estar muy bien situado el baño es demasiado pequeño y la limpieza deja mucho que desear, la ducha está bastante descuidada. Las sábanas bien, es un sitio para eso....una noche y una dicha rápida sin más....

Decepcionante

Yo no lo recomendaría, ya que no está a la altura de ser uno de los clásicos hoteles de la capital de Asturias. Llegamos un Sábado, y en ningún momento se nos informó de que el Wi-Fi llevaba unos días estropeado, por lo que ni yo ni mi pareja pudimos teletrabajar desde la habitación en ningún momento. Nos marchamos del hotel el Miércoles siguiente y aún nadie había venido a repararlo, y en ningún momento la dirección del hotel pensó en ofrecernos algún tipo de compensación, como desayuno gratis o cualquier otro detalle que reparase el agravio y la falta de aviso previo. Por otro lado, los profesionales de recepción -que no tenemos ninguna pega sobre ellos-, no ofrecen a sus huéspedes ni un simple mapa sobre Oviedo, aunque se esforzaron en poder informarnos sobre opciones turísticas por la zona. Da la sensación de que la dirección del hotel se resiste a querer superar la etapa Covid-19. :(

Hotel para pasar la noche y poco más. De limpieza bien, sin queja. Los muebles y el estado en general son viejos, el baño tenía unos cuantos desperfectos que deberían arreglar porque no daba muy buena impresión. El personal es amable y el precio más o menos barato para pasar la noche sin más, pero si quieres disfrutar de la habitación es mejor gastar algo más y mirar otros sitios.
