"Room was very clean. The receptionist on arrival was a little frosty. The receptionist on check out was very pleasant and very helpful."

"The staff was courteous. Check in and check out were quick and easy. I left bags for a few hours and that was not a problem. The room was very clean. The only thing to know about the hotel is that the building itself is 5 or 7 sided, so the rooms have strange angles. For example, the bathroom seems small for the size of the room, but that is only because of the odd shape of the entire room. The location is excellent. Steps from the main train station and a quick walk to the downtown core. 20 minute walk to the outskirts of Radboud University."

"It's a strange place, cheap, but then the rooms had 6 different adverts in for upsells (buy these: pillows, soaps, room service... Etc). There was then another sign saying how good delivery wasn't allowed. Nothing is in English, which is fine, it's Holland, but worth being aware if you're visiting. "

"Group of teens allowed to stay and been unruled, allowed to act in an inappropriate way amongst guesses with small children, wish the staff would speak to them to show more respect to other people "
