Came up for a 4 day softball tournament. My staff and i really enjoyed the place. It was perfect for what we needed for sure. We play this tournament every Summer definitely will look to stay here again

Nice house in a great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this home! The living room furniture and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the well-stocked cookware and dishware -- we had what we needed to prepare meals when we didn't feel like going out. Our granddaughter enjoyed the nearby neighborhood park, which was about a 10 minute easy walk from the house. We will keep this house in mind for future visits to Overland Park.

The property was great. We had everything we would need just like at home. Lots of towels, comfortable beds. TVs in most all rooms, kitchen had anything you would need. This was a great house. It’s huge! The sofas and TVs are great. The game room downstairs is awesome, although we didn’t use it. The kitchen is really nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very good. Communication is excellent! I will definitely stay here again.

They like their cleaner. We wish the house was clean.

The property was older, in a safe neighborhood and suited our needs. When we checked in, we noticed that the microwave was very dirty, the downstairs had not been vacuumed and the left a spray bottle on a bed. Their only solution was to allow the cleaner back in to do her job while we were there (only 2 days)

Awesome the place was beautiful. We had a lot of room for the 7 people that we had the little problem that we had it was sloved in about 10 minutes the host was very helpful and very friendly which made the stay more enjoyable it's all about showing love and respect for one another we would definitely stay again i would give the host and property house a ten we had a wonderful experience from mw and wm from Michigan peace and love tes.in 1010 minutes. 10 minutes

The house was very roomy and comfortable. The location was great. Just a few minor things - there was no informational binder for how things worked like wi-fi and the front door lock. (We did find the wi-fi password eventually on the internet box.) Had trouble locking the front door lock and when contacted VRBO, they referred us to another number and texted twice and never heard back. Needs more coffee mugs for that large of a house and at least one softer mattress. (They were too firm for seniors with sore joints.) The master bathroom toilet had to be fixed each time to flush.

Pictures are Worth a 1000 Words

The photos of the property are not deceiving. It served our purpose in all ways, but the quality could be improved easily as mentioned in other guest reviews (i.e. fully stocked kitchen, such as pots/pans, carpet, etc.). Between each visit, the cleaning team needs to thoroughly inspect the kitchen each time. Those pesky guests don't necessarily clean up to the standard you wish. The dishes were caked w/ food, the stove top, etc. were still dirty, items in the washer, etc. Easy fix. Appreciated the number of bathrooms, the bedsheets were wonderful, quality hangers, and the convenient location was very helpful. Plenty of gathering areas for friends to visit. Could easily control the room temperatures. Nice fridge with filtered water, water pressure throughout the house was AWESOME.

We stayed here for a long weekend with 4 sets of couples/families. The layout of the house was great! Bedrooms were nice size, comfy beds, ample bathroom, and great living spaces for everyone to congregate. Space and layout wise, this house is great! There were plenty of extra blankets & towels. There are a few finishing touches that would make this even better. First, a book with all the info for the house. It’s a nice have some basic info about the house, trash cans, area etc. It’s nice that everyone have access to this info, not just the person that rented the unit. Second, while there was enough dishes for everyone, it was barely enough. It’s nice to have a few extras so one doesn’t have to wash dishes after every meal. The house was also lacking a toaster. A TV in the game room would be icing on the cake. The trash cans were full when we arrived. The host responded quickly to our question and addressed the concern. No major showstoppers, we would stay again!
