Bachelorette Party

We rented this house for the weekend out for my cousin's bachelorette party. It was located perfectly for everywhere that we wanted to go and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was super clean and very homey as well. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone needing a place around this location.

Perfect for everything we needed!

This property was great! We went to KC for the NASCAR race and a couple baseball games. The location was easy to get to and had everything we needed! We will stay there again if we ever get back to the area.

The Perfect home in the best location for KC fun

The house is very cute, on a quiet street and well located to getting downtown, visiting old Overland Park, exploring Lenexa and more southern parts of Overland Park & Leawood. An easy drive to Lawrence, KS as well to visit KU and the town. Spacious, well decorated, a great patio and yard...not missing anything. We had 5 in our party but you could easily fit 8 in beds. There is a great extra reading room/TV room upstairs that is wonderful too! Loved it and would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for Family weekend

Recently stayed here with my mom, sister, and daughter - ages 70 t0 24. We found the home very charming, decorated with antiques but very comfortable. Parking was easy and location was very close to old Overland Park - within walking distance. It is an old home with some creaks, but that's part of the charm. Property manager was very quick to respond, although we did not have any issues. We'd definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and close to downtown Overland Park....where there is food, shopping. Just a nice small downtown city. We were there for a family funeral. Loved how the owner had coffee and snacks. Very clean.

Yearly Girls Shopping Trip

We had a great stay. We were in town for a birthday celebration and did quite a bit of cooking in preparation. We were very pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable.

Lovely quiet neighborhood!

This house suited our needs perfectly. Our family was in town for a wedding and we were able to spread out with individual bedrooms and baths. We had a nice kitchen, fully stocked, so that we could eat breakfast every morning. Great location- very convenient. Would absolutely recommend!

This house worked perfectly for our stay, plenty of room, clean, spacious and within walking distance to downtown Overland Park. The neighborhood was very quite, something we don’t quite get at our home! Overall a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for a VRBO in Overland Park. The owner is really nice and easy to work with which was so helpful since this was my first time using a VRBO.

Great host and great house

Would definitely recommend this house! The host was great and was in communication to make sure everything was going well and we didn’t need anything. She even reached out to check on us with severe weather in the area. The house had plenty of room for all 6 of us and had a nice backyard to play in. It was also a perfect location for everywhere we went in the area.
