Ground floor apartment located in a historic 19th century house. XVIII, with private kitchen and patio. Bedroom and living room accommodate up to 4 people. Fantastic outdoor space. Good access, very central location with a diverse cultural offer but also great for resting. Interior area of 45 m2 and exterior area of 120 m2. The space values the local traditions of tiles and fishing. Quick access to the airport and the cities of Porto and Aveiro (30 min). 5 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from Ria de Aveiro.

Could have potential

The place has not been well maintained. The shower drain was plugged, the shower stall had black mould, the toilet flush valve broken, the shades were in very poor state. To top it all there was no corkscrew to open our wine! Roosters in the next backyard kept us awake all night long. We not recommend.
