quando cheguei não tinha ninguem na portaria, tive que ssolicitar toalhas e lençol, estacionamento fora do hotel o qque inviabiliza na chuva, falta de acessibilidade para deficiente físico e idodos, não tem elevador, roupa de banho horrível, café da manhã fraco, TV só pega 2 canais

Hotel Alphaville- Ouvidor- Go

O hotel é simples, novo, limpo, bem localizado, café da manhã simples sem variedade (exceto frutas), atendimento bom (destaque para a dona Bernice, atenciosa, zelosa e deu excelentes dicas). O banheiro é pequeno, não tinha toalha de rosto, tive que solicitar na recepção e fui atendida. As toalhas trocaram todos os dias a limpeza é feita diariamente. O banheiro do hall da recepção não tinha sabonete e nem papel toalha, sugestão para melhorar. No geral hospedagem foi boa. Ficaria novamente nesse hotel.

Hotel bom.

Boas acomodações, porem, chegando ao hotel o valor era diferente do combinado no app e a justificativa da recepcionista foi que no app é um preço e presencialmente outro,coisa que não faz sentido. O cartaz dizia café até às 9:30, no domingo descemos antes das 9 e já tinham recolhido, mas isso não é culpa do hotel, mas sim de uma funcionária preguicosa com amargura por trabalhar no domingo. De resto não tenho do que reclamar, apesar de ter uma péssima recepcionista loirinha, tem uma excelente recepcionista morena Luciene).
