"The staff at this hotel are super nice and friendly. Walk a ball to a large mall. Surrounded by great restaurant inside the mall. 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s very ideal and central of everything. We would definitely stay here again."

"It’s my first time to stay this hotel.
At first, it was so impressing upon checking in because we arrived at the hotel around 1:30pm and the receptionist entertained us well quickly. But so annoying because after she gave me the room key, she said that “we cannot enter yet the room because the check-in time is 2pm. CRAZY!
So we went out and stay inside the car until 2pm.
No mirror at the room. The mirror is found inside the toilet only.

"The pictures in the website is not updated, it showed they provided blankets, when we got there theres no blanket at all in all beds, we complained about it but they ignored our need so we sleep the first night without blankets it was miserible for most of us, the next day we went to the mall and bought us blankets, we ask for drinking water, they said it will be delivered the next day so we bought our own bottled water while waiting for the del then the next day theres no delivery of drinking water the entore stay we've been buying gallons of bottles water to supply 20 persons., we barely having running water for 2days and we have to wash our dirty dishes around 2am or 4am bcoz theres a slow flow of water, we keep complainigand eventually we have running water on the 3rd day, theres cockroaches in the floor i was just not fast enough yo capture a video of it, we couldnt use the 3rd floor bcoz asidefrom theres no aircon up there when we got there it was plenty of dust, the telephone landline provided was a joke we were only able to use it the first day.. we were able to talk to customer service, the 2nd day till we checkdout the phone doesnt work anymore, Basically after we checkd in we are on our own. Upon checked in we asked if we could extend our stay till 4 or 5pm on our ladt day and the person who assisted us during checked in and the person over the phone agreed to it but at check out time they want to charge us P3,000 or P4000 if we stay an hour over."
"In spite of a lick of paint here and there the hotel was as I expected having stayed there before. The room was very large with a comfortable seating area and a very comfortable queen sized bed. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a nice temperature.
Food was available on the 5th floor in a clean and tidy dining room and we were served by pleasant staff. Reception staff were very polite and friendly and could not be faulted…happy and smiley at all times."
