"Really excellent all round and even though there was a building site over the road the soundproofing meant very little noise got through. A little bit hot, too but the windows open fully if needed. I would recommend you get a good map though as the streets surrounding it are a bit of a maze and you will probably get lost and end up going the wrong way a LOT. "

The bedroom was too warm for me, so I turned the heater off and opened the window. "The location was outside of Dresden city centre but we actually preferred this as it was green and quiet. There is a bus stop right outside and buses came every 15 mins going further towards the centre or the SBahn (trains). Rooms were big. It would be nice if the double room had a tea facility like the 4 bed. It was great that you could actually open the window to let a fresh breeze in. There was also the option of aircon. Lots to eat at the breakfast buffet. We did not try the spa, all in all...
