" J’ai réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel pour un court séjour, mais l’expérience a été très décevante. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai constaté plusieurs problèmes : – La chambre n’était pas prête et ne correspondait pas à la réservation (j’avais demandé un lit double et trois lits simples, il n’y avait que deux lits simples). – Aucun frigidaire dans la chambre, ce qui est pourtant un service de base dans la majorité des hôtels. – Le cadenas de la porte était défectueux, et il fallait plus de 2 minutes...

"We loved the idea of staying in the mountains however, the property did not mention vital information like; there is no transport facilities at all, you have to hire a taxi through their tour company which charges 80€ each way to airport/Marrakesh. Also, we were told by Expedia that we’d have shared bathroom with another room however, there is 3 other rooms and whilst we were there, there was at least another 6 guests. No sink in the bathroom so we had to brush our teeth in the only sink in...

"Nos hôtes se sont montrés très accueillants et disponible pour veiller à notre confort. Notre chambre était spacieuse, propre et douillette. Comme c''était une période peu achalandée, nous étions les seules à profiter de l'immense piscine. Très belle expérience pour nous."
