"Brady Bunch style house on the outside, newly remodeled, spacious, open concept house on the inside. This Butte house is beautiful inside and out in a nice, low traffic cul de sac neighborhood. The entire interior is newly remodeled, bright with abundant windows and stylishly furnished in neutral tones with nice comfortable furniture. The beds are very comfortable with quality bedding. The upper floor includes a beautiful open-concept kitchen-dining-living room, perfect for entertaining family and friends. A large living area is in the lower level, great for hanging out and watching movies while lounging on the huge super comfortable sectional couch. The property offers views from every room: to the east the Continental Divide (Butte’s East Ridge) and Our Lady of the Rockies. To the west, the Butte valley, uptown and distant views extending to the Pintler Range. The exterior of the property has good quality brick and concrete work and well-maintained landscape. We enjoyed spending evenings socializing and mornings sipping coffee, grilling and reading on the well-constructed spacious patio surrounded by mature trees and furnished with a large circular sectional, fire pit and barbecue grill. Just be sure to have some citronella candles or insect repellent to fend off the evening mosquitoes. You will hear I-90 traffic while on the patio but not inside the house. We rent vacation houses two to three times per year. This place is the best! Thank you, Lee family!"
