"We checked in late and it was dark. Host responded to our text, came to help us if needed. I didn't see a hot tub... and there was no breakfast. I read somewhere there was but it's ok. The place allows family to all rest in one area together, which with kids is great. The river is pretty. Also it has 1 full or queen, 1 bunk bed. And a loft which is high up appropriate for a teen. And a small couch, not big enough to sleep on. So truly this would sleep 4-5. Unless you had a small kid ok to sleep on couch. I would go back :) they did have little snacks on the microwave like granola bars and a small coffee pot. Cute place, I'd love to see it in the summer. This is a good review not negative. You should check it out. "

"What a what a beautiful place in a beautiful spot! Pefect size for me and my daughter who were visiting Point Pleasant for everything Mothman! We stayed a couple of nights and it was so peaceful and very accommodating. Just a lovely little place for a peaceful getaway! Will definitely be back!"

The cabin was clean, beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and friendly. Also, it was very pet-friendly. We'd definitely stay again next time in the area. "Very disappointing stay. We chose this property for the pool and hot tub to wrap up our spring break trip with the family. Hot tub was broken, pool was too full of people to enjoy plus no towels. Ended up just going back to the room which was not much better, beds were hard and people ubove us were very noisy. I'll go with a different option If back in the area. "

"Both of our rooms smelled -1 smelled musty as though it had not been opened in months and had previously been wet and the other smelled like weed. The laundry room was clean but the front loaders both smelled like mold. The front desk employee working the evening we arrived was excellent and an exceptionally hard worker! Breakfast was .... Lacking. "

"horrible hotel. there were stains all over the sheets, the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, mold and rust in the tub and around the sink, stains and chips all over the walls. the staff at the front desk was not welcoming or helpful in the slightest. don’t waste your money. "
