"Hotel was fully booked when we arrived, some mistake maybe because of Expedia or hotels.com. That should not be my problem to find out whose problem it is. It was us, a family of 4 who could not trust the booking system. However mistakes can happen, not the end of the world. However it took more then 4 days to speak to someone to start looking into refunding the stay. The hotel was contacted on a daily basis but never replied. Be careful when booking, make sure they really have a room."

"As two female travellers and our first time in Morocco, we were very happy to stay in this place on our first few nights. It was spacious and clean and the kitchen fully stocked for us to use. The rooftop view was wonderful to watch the sunset from. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and helped us with our luggage, storing it for us when we checked out for much of the day as well. It is a short walk to the beach and Medina. We felt safe and really enjoyed our stay, we would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place - location wise it was perfect. Our room could have hosted a larger group/family as well."
