"Stayed at KT Hotel for 7 nights in June. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spotless with a stunning city view. Breakfast had great variety, though the Wi-Fi was slow. Perfect location for exploring downtown!"

"We booked delux double room. We booked two. One was perfect was was smaller than a single room. With a wall glass see through with a curtain. Spoke to reception twice said we can’t change as we are fully booked. Spoke to Expedia on the day to cancel said they can’t give a refund until hotel answer. Hotel never answered. I asked for a refund as the room is not just below expectations is not worth . But no help or apology was provided by the hotel. So we just lost money on a room that we felt...

"Didn’t get shuttle for airport. Although in specifications the hotel mentioned that transportation to airport is included for free. Amat the end I rental one taxi to airport and I paid that from my pocket "
