Outside premises are all good no issue there, rooms are very dirty (everything from bedsheet to blanket to shower and poor lightings) no kettle no milk no tea no room facilities. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. Our kids were not allowed to use the pool, and we later heard from a staff member that the pool does not even belong to the hotel. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.
