Location of property was great,near sea,town and Normandy beaches . everything we needed at property and enjoyed our stay very much. Normandy and architecture a delight and will most definitely be back.

Interesting stay in a clean & comfortable appartement

Ouistreham is perfectly situated and sourrounded by historically interesting spots. The beach is wild and huge and the appartement with a perfect garden is just two streets away from the beach. Nice house close to the beach

Nice house with enough space and just 200m from the beach. We had a nice time, we could also use 2 bikes (they were a bit too small but it was handy to have them). It was also easy to communicate with the owner with quick responses. A disadvantage was the shower which is not easy to use by tall people. For the rest I can recommand the house.

Les points forts: - La localisation gĂ©ographique idĂ©ale! - Le prĂȘt des vĂ©los (nous n'avons pas utilisĂ© notre voiture de tout le sĂ©jour! piste cyclable Ă  3 min donc pratique avec enfant) - appartement fonctionnel - la bonne humeur, gentillesse et serviabilitĂ© de VĂ©ronique qui vous accueille! Les points faibles: - la manque d'intimitĂ©. L'accĂšs Ă  l'autre location du RDC se fait par votre jardin! Donc vous avez les autres locataires qui passent Ă  n'importe quel moment. De plus le jardin donne totalement sur la rue et la vue est dĂ©gagĂ©e donc on voit tout. - l'odeur dans les WC - le wifi dĂ©faillant

Beau et trĂšs agrĂ©able appartement avec terrasse et jardin dans une maison, Ă  proximitĂ© des plages et du centre de Ouistreham. Mon ado a apprĂ©ciĂ© le lit double dans la 2eme chambre. Nous ne connaissions pas Ouistreham Riva Bella. Ce fut une trÚs agréable découverte. La maison trÚs proche de la plage, parfaite pour une famille de 4 (3 adultes, 1 enfant). Plage idéale dans ces conditions. Et quand il fait beau c'est le top! Ce fut globalement le cas pour nous. A retenir!

Tolle Unterkunft fĂŒr einen Kurtripp

Die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen fĂŒr TagesausflĂŒge in und um die Normandie. Weiterhin lĂ€dt der Garten zum Grillen ein und die NĂ€he zum Strand ist einfach unschlagbar. Die Unterkunft selbst ist ideal fĂŒr 4 Personen geeignet und bietet nahezu alles, was man fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt braucht.

Great location

Nice house, 4 min walk to the beach and 7 min walk to the town centre. Nice house, only suggested improvement is the cleanliness of the bathroom (inc the shower). Apart from that nice deco, great little kitchen. Has wifi and a nice front garden. There is another flat below the main house but it was not renter at the time we stayed there. Veronique was very nice and helpful, she even brought croissants and local delicacies to our door in the first morning! Would go again based on the great location. Very quiet street / area

Excellent séjour à Ouistreham avec un trÚs agréable gite

Grùce à ce trÚs beau gite en maison individuelle, bien situé par rapport à la mer et au centre ville, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gite est confortable avec ses deux chambres, bien équipé, calme, personnalisé avec une belle literie. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueilli par Véronique qui a veillé à ce que notre séjour dans le gite se passe bien. Merci aussi à M Chapuis. Nous reviendrons certainement et nous le recommandons.

Cocon de verdure de plain pied

Temps mitigĂ©, mais nous avons pu sortir tous les jours . Plages proches de l’appartement . Super trottoir a trotinette pour nos 2 petites filles. Quartier calme, facilitĂ© de parking. De bo nes vacances ” trop courtes ” selon les filles qui veulent retourner Ă  ” l’etrier de la plage”

Bon sĂ©jour malgrĂ© une mĂ©tĂ©o pas toujours au rendez vous. Belle ville, une plage magnifique avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Klasse Lage Ferienwohnung nicht ĂŒberzeugend

Wir waren zu zweit im Mai/Juni 2023 12 NĂ€chte in der Wohnung und hatten eine gute Zeit in Riva Bella. Das Positive: -Super Lage - in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, 2 Querstraßen vom Strand, Restaurants etc. problemlos fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar - Sehr schöner Aussensitzplatz und großzĂŒgiger Garten (mit Loungemöbeln/Grill). - Das Wohn-/ Esszimmer ist nett, abends schönes Abendlicht durch die Glasbausteine in der Seitenwand. -Die KĂŒche ist insgesamt Funktional und auch gut ausgestattet (negativ hier aber die SpĂŒlmaschine) Weniger positiv: - Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer ist ziemlich durchgelegen und das Mobiliar ist in dem Raum ziemlich abgenutzt. Zudem keine Steckdose in NĂ€he des Nachttischs um z.B. eReader/ Tablett aufzuladen - Die GeschirrspĂŒlmaschine bekommt normal schmutziges Geschirr nicht zuverlĂ€ssig sauber (nur Geschirr, nicht mal Töpfe/Pfannen mit Verkrustungen etc.) -Dementsprechend war bei Anreise das Geschirr vom Vormieter zwar gespĂŒlt, wir wollten es aber so nicht benutzen, sondern haben alles nochmal durch die SpĂŒlmaschine geschickt. Insgesamt war die KĂŒche nicht so sauber wie wir das erwarten (sah nur oberflĂ€chlich in Ordnung aus) - Das Badezimmer ist ziemlich eng vor allem ist das Waschbecken zu wenig tief. Man muss immer aufpassen, dass man sich nicht den Kopf an der Ablage darĂŒber anschlĂ€gt. - Die Einfahrt ist fĂŒr beide Ferienwohnungen, d.h. Parken im GelĂ€nde nur wenn unten niemand steht, sonst muss man sich absprechen. Parken auf der Straße aber problemlos.

MAISON TRÈS AGRÉABLE !!!
