Our duplex has sea views as well as views of the residence's swimming pool and since our duplex has 3 facades, it has garden views as well as back views of the private pool, garden and mountain and that's what makes this duplex unique in its kind.
This duplex has two entrances, one common with the whole building and one private as well as 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two kitchens and two living rooms.
Adding to this a private pool, a garden that surrounds the house🏡.

You will have full access to the duplex, the private pool and the private garden that surrounds the duplex.
You have access to the common area of the residence. (Residence garden, residence swimming pool, residence shower and toilet...).
