"Getting to this accommodation for the first time is confusing, so I’d suggest doing some pre work as cars cannot physically drop you off in front of this hotel. Architecturally the building is stunning, however, the amenities in the room is very outdated. "very nice hotel situated in the heart of the city, clean, well maintained room. just my personal feedback, it says 100% smoke free hotel but when I arrived the first night, my room stunk with cigarette smoke, not sure where it was coming from, my personal belongings had offensive odor when I left after. I stayed there for 2 nights. the food at the restaurant on the first floor was good with a lot of varieties. just a piece of advise to the management, kindly check your Expedia emails, I sent message way in advance, 10 days, for airport pick up and drop off but I never received e-mail back, I even wrote a follow-up in French to make sure my message will be understood. I showed it to the staff upon checking in and he apologized, drop off to the airport was seamless even if it was too early in the morning...overall, this hotel is highly recommended 👌 👍"

"Stayed in a very basic single room - there were others that were much better. My friend booked the room next to me and had a balcony etc. I was only staying a couple of nights en route so it was adequate for my needs and the price was great. Very well located. Tunis is not huge but the hotel was within easy reach of the main areas and the airport (less than 10 minutes by taxi). Breakfast was substantial."

"Excellent experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of choices. The location is very convenient, especially as it is close to Tunis-Carthage International Airport. Parking was also a great advantage. One small point for improvement would be the bed: it was a queen-size bed, and I would have preferred a king-size bed for greater comfort. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again."

"room was wonderful as well as dinner at the rooftop restaurant.... breakfast was OK....same offerings every day.... eggs were good, but buffet was fair....the pool has no real seating around it...more lounges would be nice....staff is fist class in hotel and rooftop restaurant... we left the fine restaurant.... no English menu and Google translate wasn't helpful...waiter was rude...the tub and showers area in the room needs new ,clean grout....the hammem was clean and we enjoyed our treatments....all in all a lovely stay...."

"This place is a boutique hotel with a lot of class, very modern, beautiful rooms, and very clean. I had dinner at the café, which was excellent and they provided a large spread of breakfast items., I needed to check out to meet a group at a different hotel, and they were very helpful and calling a taxi and helping me out with my luggage. The area surrounding the hotel was walkable, and the buildings were old and beautiful. I came solo and felt very safe walking the streets."
