Ibis is a fantastic place to stay, the staff are super nice and cater to your every need with such grace and professionalism but at the same time like and old friend laughing and joking with us. I highly recommend this beautiful Riad.We had the best time here!

Beautiful hotel, great location quite and clean. The front desk aren’t pleasant if you don’t greet them they will ignore you. They won’t say hi to anyone that walks into the hotel. Great hotel with a terrible service.

Overall the hotel is a good value for money. One thing that could be improved is the restaurant. Most of what they have written in the menu is not available.

From the outside, this hotel looks like a bargain. The exterior is modern and in good condition. Inside is completely different. Our room was filthy. The carpet in the hallway, in addition to being worn out and in need of replacement, looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. This hotel is in dire need of a renovation, and frankly, my experience at this Ibis makes me much less likely to stay at an Ibis elsewhere.

From the very apathetic check in (really felt like we were interrupting the guy at the desk-) to the non restocked breakfast (we came at 0800 with bfast hours of 0630-1030 and it was decimated and pretty sure it had not been restocked since 0630- to the 1980's TV without reception- to the poor AC - to the poor design of no charge plugs next to bed- it really was not the best stay

Lovely (business) hotel in the center of Ouarzazate. It's within walking distance to some nice restaurants and visits. The property is lovely from the outside but rather (just) 'functional' once you're in. It has an incredible swimming pool, so it is a great option if you're traveling with kids!

Pleasant stay
I don't know what people expect when they stay in a 3 star hotel. To me this Ibis is like any other no frill Ibis in European city centers, basic, clean, well organized and affordable price. The size of the room is quite reasonable, very clean, the staff was helpful. The wifi is quite decent comparing to other hotels or Riads in Morocco. It's sort of out of way from the city center, and almost no restaurants within 5 minutes walk, but if you are ok with either taxi or the frequent bus no.1 on the main Mohammed Avenue then it's not an issue. The only thing I am not quite happy about is the air conditioning, the AC can't go lower enough for me because of the thick comforter. But all in all this is a nice hotel to stay in Ouarzazate.

Good overall, would stay again
Good location close to main sights in the city. Clean room, great pool, and fairly modern facilities. Fair value for money. During our stay it was in particular extremely noisy at night with a loud party outside the hotel.

I was happily surprised that despite the central location (2 min walk to SOL or 5 to Gran Via and even the museums within 15 minute walking distance), my room was super quiet and dark. I was able to step out into the craziness but return to serenity of my room for well deserved rest.

Ouarzazate Ibis
My wife and I just spent a quick night at the Ouarzazate Ibis and found it just what we needed to recover from the desert. The hotel and staff were very pleasant and accomodating. I'd stay there again anytime.

Stayed here for a night on Friday night. Hotel is good. Room is good. But be warned that there is a disco that goes on till 3am next door to the hotel on a Friday night! If you keep your window open, you can hear all the noise!!

Pros: Awesome local foodie breakfast, large rooms, pool (but not female-friendly), attractive, clean, safe location, actually have alcohol @ the bar. Cons: No gym, weird smell in the foyer (but NOT in the rooms), lame toiletries. EXPECT to pay ALL CASH.

With ibis I always found it consistent. Really nice hotel. Clean, friendly and lots to do in the area. Nice pool, and gardens to chill out at hotel. Bar and lounge. And Internet price was cheaper than booking direct.

We would not recommend this hotel. The staff allow non guests to use the pool. We watched various people spitting and sneezing in the pool. The manager was not interested. Ibis say the pool is exclusively for guests yet the pool is advertised for use of non guests for a fee. Rooms are basic. Our window would not open after it was repaired. We asked for a taxi to be arranged to catch an early flight. The hotel couldn't even manage that. We have stayed at other ibis hotels and had a very positive experience. Here is poor management and an manager interested in lining his own pocket. We had one meal here and were both ill afterwards.
