Welcome to our charming, spacious semi-detached house in picturesque Ottobeuren in the Allgäu region. Here you’ll enjoy a central yet quiet location.

Our fully equipped holiday home, complete with towels and bed linens, is ideal for multiple families. It is located just a five-minute walk from the basilica. Numerous shopping options, the swimming pool, pharmacies, and ATMs are also within easy walking distance.

The accommodation span all four floors (ground floor to 3rd floor—American: 1st to 4th floor), though the ground floor (HoLiDay ApartMENT Allgäu) and floors 1–3 (HoLiDay MAIsoNETTE Allgäu) can be used together or separately. This makes the property perfect for several families travelling together who also want to enjoy some privacy from time to time.

The property offers the following rooms:

• 3 bedrooms (ground floor, 1st floor, and 3rd floor): the bedrooms on the ground floor and 1st floor each have a double bed for 2 people (1.8 x 2 m each); the bedroom on the 3rd floor has 3 single beds (0.9 x 2 m).
• 1 very spacious living room (2nd floor): sofa bed (1.4x2m), wardrobe, 60'' smart TV, and PlayStation (PS3).
• 1 living/dining/bedroom (walk-through room on the ground floor): sofa bed (1.4x2m), 42'' TV, radio, dining table, and chairs.
• 2 fully equipped kitchens (ground floor, 1st floor): dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and various household appliances.
• 1 dining room (1st floor), which can also be used as a workspace, offers space for dining, playing, or social gatherings. Two high chairs for children are also available.
• 3 bathrooms (ground floor, 1st floor, and 2nd floor): The bathroom on the ground floor features a sink, a shower, a washing machine, and a window. The bathroom on the 1st floor features a bathtub, a sink, and a window. The bathroom on the 2nd floor features a shower, sink, washing machine, and skylight.
• 1 guest bathroom (1st floor).

The holiday home is equipped with heaters and fans, but does not have air conditioning. There are also a few chairs and a table in the outdoor area. Freshly laundered towels and bed linens are provided. You’ll also find additional supplies for daily use in the respective rooms.

You’ll have the entire semi-detached house to yourselves. There is a private entrance to the house.

Free parking is available at the house or in the car park across the street.

Flexibility and security:
The house is equipped with a key safe, allowing you to arrive at your convenience. There is a camera in the foyer to prevent unauthorised access.

The property is an excellent starting point for numerous shopping and recreational activities. The Oberallgäu, Munich, Ulm, Kempten, and the Lake Constance region can all be reached in less than an hour by car.

The house is centrally located in the active spa town of Ottobeuren in the Allgäu Alpine foothills. Ottobeuren is an ideal retreat for culture, relaxation, wellness, and sports. It is internationally renowned for its Benedictine Abbey, which is over 1,250 years old—one of the largest Baroque monastic complexes in Europe—and its imposing basilica, which hosts world-class church concerts.

The basilica and the Benedictine Abbey, numerous shopping options, pharmacies, ATMs, restaurants, and the outdoor pool are all within walking distance. A romantic lake called Schachen is about a 5-minute drive away. Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau Castles are about a 45-minute drive away. The thermal baths in Bad Wörishofen and the Allgäu Skyline Park are about a 30-minute drive away.
You can also reach the Allgäu Alps—for hiking, skiing, snowboarding, and more—in about 30–45 minutes by car.
