Top Otto Hotel Reviews

Trailborn Highlands, Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy

Trailborn Highlands, Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy

8/10 Good
"I would have rated this hotel a 5 except for a few issues: 1. Check-in was listed as 4 pm but our room was not ready until approximately 6 pm. 2. The hotel restaurant lost our dinner reservation. 3. At checkout, we had $80+ in unknown charges on our account - all from the little store in the hotel. The charges were reversed thankfully. We loved the design and furnishings in the lobby and our room - just wish there was more attention to detail and focus on customer experience.."
