Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Im Schlafzimmer ist dss Brett, über dem Kopfteil,das als Nachttisch dienen sollte, einfach ohne Belastung heruntergefallen, zum Glück tagsüber.Die Schlafzimmerfenster haben keinen Mückenschutz, keine Nacht ohne Mücke.Wir haben jetzt zum dritten Mal gebucht und sind diesmal sehr enttäuscht Preis Leistingsverhältnis ist nicht stimmt nicht pberein,schade.

Die Lage des Hauses sollte genauer definiert sein. Es gibt zwar einen unverbauten Seeblick, aber es ist definitiv eher zweite Reihe.

Es war schön, leider war das Wetter schlecht.

Das Haus ist schön. Das Bad und die Einrichtung sind zweckmäßig und könnten mal eine Erneuerung vertragen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr weich, was nicht jedermanns Sache ist. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Das Angebot und die Möglichen für die Kinder ist echt super. Leider hatten wir nicht so ein gutes Wetter, aber dafür kann keiner was. Wir würden wieder kommen, es ist sehr schön dort.

Paar mit Hunden

Wir waren mit unseren Hunden für einige Tage dort. Sehr ruhig, da deutlich vor der Saison. Wenn dort alle Häuser belegt sind, ist es sicherlich nicht so erholsam. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, aber zum Teil sehr abgewohnt. Küchenausstattung na ja, (Tassen sehr zusammengewürfelt) da wäre für kleines Geld schönes gekauft ! Ist gemeckert ja, aber das Auge isst mit. Schade fand ich persönlich auch, dass es null maritim dekoriert ist. Da wir mit Hunden reisen ist es für uns selbstverständlich, die Wohnung täglich zu fegen oder zu saugen ! Bei einer recht hohen Endreinigung ist es nicht nötig noch darauf hinzuweisen, dass das Haus am Abreisetag "durchgesaugt" verlassen werden muss ! Zusammengefasst haben wir schöne Tage verbracht, würden jedoch genau dieses Häuschen nicht noch einmal mieten.

Es war ein kurzer schöner Aufenthalt. Bißchen doof fanden wir, dass man den Schlüssel abholen musste, obwohl es ein Schlüsselfach am Haus gibt.

Familienurlaub im Herbst

Wir haben gerade eine schöne Urlaubswoche in der Südsee 21 verbracht. Das Wetter war stürmisch und oft verregnet, aber das Haus ist warm und gemütlich. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Sogar das Kanu haben wir noch einmal zu Wasser gelassen, hat Spaß gemacht! Die große überdachte Terrasse haben wir trotz Herbstwetter gut genutzt. Nur die Sauna war leider zu kalt, bei 70 Grad war Schluss, und es zieht von unten und durchs Fenster. Deshalb kleiner Punktabzug. Aber ansonsten ein gemütliches Ferienhaus mit viel Platz!

Das Haus an sich ist...

Das Haus an sich ist in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern schön anzusehen. Bei unserem ersten betreten des Hauses war auch erstmal alles so wie beschrieben. Die Sauna schön groß. Jedoch war da schon die Erkenntnis das die Bänke zu tief angebracht sind und der Ofen ebenfalls, so das die Hitze nach oben steigt aber der Bereich unter dem Ofen kalt bleibt. Der Abstand der Bänke ist auch zu kurz. Leider kommt noch was dazu und zwar wurde die Sauna wahrscheinlich nachträglich angebaut. Sodass im Bereich der Tür unten am Boden die Isolierung nicht gut gemacht wurde. Dadurch sammeln sich dort Ameisen. Es ist auch nicht schön in ein Haus zu ziehen wo schon Ameisen Köder auf dem Boden liegen. Leider zieht das die Bewertung komplett runter.

Haus mit Seeblick

Schöne Lage nah am See, wunderbar für Spaziergänge; allerdings auch rundum nah an den Nachbarhäusern. Diese waren in der Nebensaison zum Glück nicht alle bewohnt. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend. Die Sauna ist wirklich groß, heizt dadurch aber auch nur langsam auf. Die Matratze des Doppelbetten ist, anders als in der Hausbeschreibung angegeben, nur 160 cm breit. Im Eingangsbereich haben wir eine Garderobe vermisst.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen

Apfelbaum direkt neben dem Haus. Was Wespen durch Fallobst anlockt. Aber auch Enten! Gartenpflege begann den einen Tag früh um 7:00 Uhr mit Rasentrimmer und Laubbläser zu arbeiten. Benzinbetrieben... dementsprechend Gestank im ganzen Haus. Zum lüften mussten wir die Türen öffnen, da die Fenster nur einen Spalt aufgehen. Das Haus selber war sehr sauber. Kamin und Sauna kann man nur empfehlen! Genügend Platz im Haus für 4 Personen. Der TV ist groß, so dass man keine Brille brauch ?
