Cozy 54 sqm apartment in a quiet side street with separate entrance. The apartment is completely refurbished in a modern style. It is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, independent stay. Bedding and towels are included. Our apartment is a Non smoking apartment. Parking in front of the house for free. For a fee, a carport and washer and dryer can be booked on site. Pets are not allowed.

Surrounded by nature and yet only about 5 km from Kaiserslautern and about 16 km from the air base Ramstein away, the apartment is located in a quiet cul de sac. On foot, field and hiking trails are accessible. The perfect location for singles, couples, business travelers and families. It is a self-contained and private apartment in the basement of a detached house. Through a separate entrance leads to the quiet apartment. The bright and spacious living-dining room with floor-to-ceiling window elements (facing south) offers a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi and a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a nice dining area and work desk. The sunny, sheltered and partially covered terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and the adjoining garden with pond and a lawn invite you to relax and linger. Other highlights include an attractive, modern barbecue area, which completes the cozy, relaxing atmosphere of our apartment. Our apartment is a Non smoking apartment.
