"Great room, beautiful views, very cool shower"

"I booked a six person room with 4 confirmed occupants because I had 2 friends that were tentative. Without notice or renegotiating the agreement they changed it to a four person room. They would not acknowledge their unlawful discrepancy for several hours and multiple emails. My friends confirmed that they were going to be there, but after I informed them of the malfeasance of the lodge, they booked a different room. "The details to the property don't put into prospective just how nice it is. It is clean & quiet it is. The grounds were clean and felt safe. You have to park in the guest parking, but they do have transported to your room. We stayed in the Whale watchers suite and it provided us with a beautiful view if the ocean. This unit also provides a washer/drier combo. Very small supply of amenities. My only complaint was the pillows could be a lot better. They are small and very flat. Otherwise...
