"Clean room and good central location"

"This hotel was one of the best hotel that I have ever stayed. The hotel is super luxurious with nice staff, excellent location and amazing view of the city. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I would stay there if I visit Amalfi coast again "

"Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities."

"Excellent service the moment you walk in, courteous and attentive to every need that you might have. Clean room, and quiet at night. Breakfast is just amazing and the staff is so helpful... while sitting at my table, I didn't have to get up for little things. My room was facing the amazing Positano beach, and it did not disappoint at all. Keep in mind that you would hear the noise of the beach, but once you close the doors is just fine."

"We had a wonderful three-night stay for my birthday celebrations. The location is perfect, with beautiful views, easy access to everything in the city, and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Our room was spotless and very comfortable throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make my birthday stay feel extra special. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples and would happily stay here again."

"This is a dream hotel in Sorrento, beautiful gardens surrounded it and views over the water from the balcony were amazing. The room was very comfortable and well decorated and equipped. The staff was super attentive and friendly to all our requests. We had lunch by the water in their exquisite restaurant and breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel. You will love it."

"Breakfast was about average for Italy( which means still good). Staff was exceptional. Floors were swept but unmoved so if you walk around room with bare feet, your feet will be very dirty. View exceptional - almost as good as Revello. And the convenience of the free shuttle is super."

"The hotel and grounds are beautiful, and the rooms are well-appointed. The restaurants and bars on site make for a comfortable, convenient experience. The only drawback is the distance to the Sorrento city center, requiring a taxi back and forth. "
