Holiday Apartment "Rita" with Air Conditioning & Terrace

The Rita apartment is located in the centre of the historic town of Otranto and extends over 2 floors. The apartment has a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen on the groundfloor. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom and the holiday home can therefore accommodate 6 people. The facilities also include air conditioning, a television and a highchair. Outside there are 2 terraces, one with a small dining area and another roof terrace with a barbecue. Here you can enjoy delicious meals in the fresh air and end the evening with a glass of wine. The town centre offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés and you can reach them within 1.4 km. 4 supermarkets, a tobacco shop and a butcher's are just a 4-minute walk (300 m) away. The sandy beach of Spiaggia di Porto Craulo is 550 m or a 7 minute walk away.



Parking is available close to the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linens are included in the price. Towels are available for an extra fee on request.

Casa nel complesso funzionale

Pros: La casa è in una posizione ottima, sia per raggiungere la spiaggia che il centro città. Struttura abbastanza nuova e di giuste dimensioni. Zona tranquilla. Posto auto in strada sempre a disposozione (molto importante). Cons: Per una casa che può ospitare sei persone un solo bagno (anche cieco) non è sufficiente. Da togliere la vasca e mettere la doccia. Da eliminare l'oblò che dal bagno affaccia su una camera da letto (incredibile). Da sostituire la maggior parte dei mobili della casa. Poche pentole
