L'abitazione è di recente costruzione in zona tranquilla, ed è costituito da camera da letto matrimoniale, cameretta con doppio lettino estraibile, soggiorno con divano letto 2 posti e angolo cottura, bagno con doccia.

Casa Claudia è arredata in modo semplice e moderno e l'ambiente nel complesso è molto piacevole. Tra le dotazioni della casa possiamo annoverare, tv a schermo piatto, lavatrice, phon, asse e ferro da stiro e aria condizionata.

La cucina della casa è completa di tutte le attrezzature necessarie, posate, stoviglie, oltre che di forno e frigo. La casa è dotata di zanzariere.

La posizione di casa Claudia permette di entrare ed uscire dalla città di Otranto in modo comodo e veloce, per raggiungere tutte le mete per le escursioni fuori dal contesto urbano, quali le spiagge degli Alimini, Porto Badisco, Castro e le sue grotte della Zinzulusa.

Il porto e l'entrata sud del Castello sono raggiungibili in meno di 6/7 minuti a piedi, mentre il centro e lungomare distano appena 1 km.
