It is independently located on 2 floors, offering a bedroom, a bathroom and a comfortable living-dining room with a TV as well as a well-equipped kitchenette. On the small balcony as well as on the roof terrace with wooden pavilion, grill, dining table and sun loungers you can enjoy relaxed holidays with a beautiful view of the sea. Various restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are only a 6-minute walk away, the beach can be reached within 4 minutes.
