"Comfy beds and cool atmosphere. We got the Executive Suite, which our kids loved, and we did, too. We have stayed here before, but never in the suite. It has a balcony overlooking the indoor pool, and it also has a huge hot tub inside the room. Comfy couch and recliner, and lots of room for all our stuff. We slept so good we missed breakfast (which has always been pretty good here). The staff was fantastic, as always."

"Listen—I travel a lot, and this place actually gets it right. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moses Lake by IHG is a straight-up 10/10. Rooms? Super nice, clean, and comfortable. The lobby isn’t some awkward pass-through either—it’s got real space to sit, relax, and hang out. And the breakfast? Not your sad little “continental” situation. We’re talking biscuits and gravy, omelets, hot cinnamon rolls… basically everything you’d hope for and then some. But let’s talk about Barbara—because she deserves it. She went above and beyond with her customer service and was an absolute delight to interact with. I called ahead about needing a crib, and she made sure it was already set up in our room when we walked in. No reminders, no hassle, just handled. That level of care stands out. Bottom line: if more hotels ran like this one, travel would be a whole lot better. Stay here."

"Old, ungrateful, several bugs crawling on room floor, depressing, gloomy room, canceled and got out of there, not up to Comfort Suites or Expedia standards and ratings."

"Overall the property and staff were adequate. The property was clean and well maintained. However, there was just a very small thin blanket. I should have called down for more blankets, but felt it was strange to have such a small blanket. I just tuned up the heat. I also had a very hard time using the shower, it was not intuitive. I still give this property a 4 out of 5 stars, but keep these things in mind when staying there!"

"I didn't check the AC as it wasn't hot enough to be needed, pool not in operation as of yet, again too early to be desired. I was disappointed only that there wasn't any shampoo, and that there wasn't a smoke detector, otherwise I had no complaints. "
