Excellent location, needs tweaking

Great building, easy free parking, spacious room, great for a little dog for which they provided a sleeping basket and water bowl, nice views of the pool, good WiFi and excellent location. Recommend the bar opposite of the place; lovely sandwiches and outstanding service especially by the night barman. However, the service was very slow; checking in was like we were the first guests ever (we were not), it was all super awkward (we speak Spanish); they were less than smiling throughout the ordeal so it felt more like crossing the border then checking into a hotel. The room was big, but the beds were strangely uncomfortable and the shower, well, let’s say one of us tried it and then we just decided to shower in the next location. The breakfast was the same interesting experience as checking in; hectic, slow and weirdly unorganised with everyone standing in a crowd around the service and people being helped in a almost glacial manner because of it. Nice coffee and bread though. I would say if they get lessons in service and speed from the night barman from across the street and update the shower and beds, they would be a 5/5 easily: such a nice building and location!

Hotel muy bien situado para visitar Osuna. Es una casa antigua convertida, en la que cada estancia antigua es ahora una habitación, con estética de la época. Eché en falta que las toallas fueran más grandes y gruesas. Fácil aparcar por la zona

Gerne wieder, aber leider hat das Personal kein englisch gesprochen. Die Zimmer sind rustikal eingerichtet, aber mit sehr viel Charme! Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Das Städtchen ist eine schöne spanische Kleinstadt.

An amazing little gem!

A big "thank you" to Miguel, a wonderful reception host, for taking the time to checking us in & showing us around this beautiful old home, C17th, and giving us an insight to the amazing history of the building and its treasured artifacts as well as some local history. A truly wonderful place to stay over. The hotel is centrally located with plenty of bars/restaurants within a few minutes walk.The beds/linen were so comfortable could have slept in with ease! Breakfast Al Fresco in the tranquil courtyard garden with pool. So relaxing, just a pity we could only stay for the one night.

Very nice and classic style hotel with very beautiful areas both indoor and outdoor. Really nice to stay there. Very helpful and nice receptionist that told me everything I wanted to know about the place and its historical background. The only minor drawback was a sense of humidity from the old walls in the room! Else a perfect stay that I can recommend 😀👍

Hermosa vivienda de campesinos adaptada a hotel, detalladamente explicativa de cada antigua estancia. Luminosa y confortable. Personal amable y servicial. Great little stopover in Osuna

Lovely little hotel, offering some great regional flavour at a decent price. Perhaps smallest pool and in-room tv ever seen but at great walking distance to center. Property also included a continental breakfast.

This hotel is like home away from home. It is Andalusian hacienda style and is uniquely decorated. The bedrooms are roomy, air conditioned and clean but on the ground floor they are a little dark. The beds are comfortable. It has a small pool. The service is good, as is the breakfast and coffee. The drinks from the bar are inexpensive. The staff are friendly and helpful, and can speak basic English. Osuna has many bars, restaurants and ice cream shops all easily reached from the hotel and some historic points of interest. It is centrally located about an hour from Sevilla and Cordoba by motorway. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.
