"Property is very clean, recently remodeled. Check-in must be done with an app and was extremely cumbersome. We made reservations for a room with 2 twin beds. The confirmation we received also included a picture of a room with 2 beds, but our room had only a double bed. On our request to have it changed, the reply was simply: "we don't have it available".
