Villa Ivana e Beatrice is a stunning two-story detached villa, divided into two apartments with separate entrances, ideal for comfortably accommodating up to 8 people. The property is located within the Villaggio Santa Lucia, just 250 metres from the sea on the Costa Merlata, in a strategic location that allows you to fully enjoy the beach and reach the historic centre of Ostuni in just a 10-minute drive, as well as the region’s main destinations.

The villa covers an area of approximately 115 square metres and is surrounded by a large private garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The outdoor areas include a barbecue and two patios—one at the front and one at the back—both furnished with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners on warm summer days.

The villa’s interior spaces are spread over two separate levels, designed to ensure comfort, privacy, and functionality—ideal for families or groups of friends.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, a conventional oven, a microwave, and a moka pot—perfect for preparing any kind of meal. The living room is cosy and bright, furnished with a dining table, sofa, air conditioning, and a TV. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, both with closets, as well as a full bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall.

The lower level, accessible via a convenient ramp (with one step at the entrance), features an additional independent living space. Here, guests will find a kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, a microwave, and a moka pot; a living room with a double sofa bed, air conditioning, and a TV; a double bedroom; and a full bathroom with a shower.

The Santa Lucia Village features a communal pool, open from July 1 through August 31 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Included amenities include on-site parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, mosquito screens, a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board. Bedding and towels are provided, with additional changes available for a fee.

Upon arrival, you will be required to present a valid ID for each guest, as required by Italian law. Check-ins outside standard hours must be arranged in advance and incur a surcharge of €25.00 between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, €30.00 between 11:00 PM and midnight, and €40.00 between midnight and 1:30 AM.

The tourist tax, equal to €1.00 per person per night for a maximum of 5 nights, must be paid in cash as required by the Municipality of Ostuni.

The Santa Lucia Village is located in Marina di Ostuni, along a 20-kilometer stretch of coastline characterised by crystal-clear waters, sandy beaches, coves, and low cliffs. The area also includes Torre San Leonardo, a site of great natural and archaeological value featuring the Via Traiana and ancient farmsteads. A short distance away lies the Torre Guaceto Marine Protected Area and the picturesque Morelli River bed, known for its crystal-clear waters and gently sloping seabed.

The centre of Ostuni, with all major amenities such as supermarkets, cafes, and a pharmacy, is about a 10-minute drive away.

The property is easily accessible by car and features on-site parking suitable for all types of vehicles.
