This is a wonderful place. The guest rooms are immaculately clean. Staff very friendly. The vegetarian restaurant is excellent and the location with the old olive press is neat. Breakfast is superb with lots of options and fresh local produce. We loved our 4 night stay here. It’s a good base for day trips in the region.

Absolutely beautiful Masseria. Very comfortable room with private terrace. Dinner option was a little limited as main restaurant only has vegetarian. Stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer

A tale of two stories…. Our first night/breakfast absolutely fabulous service. The room is very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep… sun loungers round the pool less so. Second night we had the tasting menu… amazing… but the only thing our (admittedly fussy10 yr old daughter) would eat was the margarita pizza (at €22 of which she ate less than half) seemed expensive. Our second breakfast was by comparison inadequate, absolute lack of service, no glasses for the juice/water, an a la cate menu was provided at the start, 20 mins later no one had arrive to take our order and we gave up. Lovely place to stay. I’d say don’t go with your (fussy) children as nothing really for them. If the resort maintains it caters for children I think a child’s menu (smaller pizza, pasta with tomato sauce) would be a useful addition

This property was a charming surprise, a country property a few miles from the town of Ostuni. Staying here was a wonderful experience, and the hosts/staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The vegetarian restaurant with it's nightly tasting menu was superb. Highly recommend this property for it's comfort and ambience.

Masseria Le Carrube was a unique and tranquil experience! It was an oasis after a couple of weeks of travel where we rested, enjoyed the Poland grounds, and had 2 amazing culinary experiences at the restaurant. The staff was always wonderful, helpful with any and all requests.

We felt at home and comfortable with everyone in this hotel. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is great. The vegetarian dinner was great, we didn't eat the full menu and they only charged us part of the price; we had an emergency and had to check out a day early and they immediately cancelled our last night stay on our bill. All the details they took care of made us feel at home. We will def be back again.

We loved our stay at this Masseria. It was absolutely beautiful, with a lovely pool set amid the olive groves--very quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we were looking for. The vegetarian restaurant onsite is truly excellent and the hotel is very close to Ostuni, as well as Locorotondo and Alberobello. I would highly recommend this masseria for a relaxing getaway in Puglia, especially for couples. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
