We loved our stay here it was a private and peaceful place just 6 minutes outside Ostuni.
Breakfast was great and the pool area was excellent
The staff was very polite and helpful we would 10/10 recommend this place to everyone
Our stay in this gorgeous Masseria was the best. Our room was in our own stone small building and the interior is beautiful and clean. But the best part is by far the friendliness and great service of the staff and of the family who owns the Masseria. The food is also amazing! We will definitely plan to go again!
Masseria Ayroldi is the perfect retreat if you’re looking for peace, quiet, and beautiful surroundings. Tucked away about 10 minutes from the charming historic center of Ostuni, the location offers true relaxation while still being close enough for a quick visit to town. The design and construction of the Masseria are absolutely stunning—authentic yet modern, with attention to every detail.
The breakfast area was spectacular, offering fresh, delicious options each morning. And surprisingly, the American coffee was the best we had during our entire trip through Italy! It’s the ideal place to disconnect, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of Puglia in a serene setting.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, stylish countryside escape.
This was a beautiful site, with friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. The only things I would recommend changing are the mattresses, which were firm but futons and didn't provide great support. Investing in good thick mattresses would make a huge difference. And I would also add a nice scent to the linens as everything smelled very strongly of vinegar, which we understand is used to disinfect ecologically. But a bit of lavender or lemon essence would dramatically improve the scent.
Super friendly and accommodatimg staff, clean rooms and very relaxing property. Great Masseria experience! Also enjoyed eating in the restaurant. Thank you to the staff!!!

Great location for exploring Puglia about an hour from Alborobello, Lecce, 40 mins from locorotondo and monopoli. Has a lovely restaurant but your 15 mins drive from Ostuni which is well worth visiting too. The staff are very helpful. The room we had was great the pool is lovely. All in all a great place to start a visit to the area. Would stay again.
It is a bit of a drive into Ostuni, but for us this was a positive. A rural location with an amazing setting. Beautifully restored with simple stone rooms and a swimming area that is stunning. It is a family run business where nothing is too much to ask. The restaurant offers fresh local produce and a different menu daily with a couple of choices for each course. They ask you to preorder breakfast but are accommodating if you want to add extras. The whole complex us well maintained and you feel a part if it’s history.
We spent 3 nights at Masseria Ayroldi. The farm itself was in a nice setting, however for €180 per night it was definitely overpriced.
The room was tiny, we could barely open our luggage case. There was also no complimentary water in room.
Breakfast quality was poor, there was limited choice and they offered defrosted frozen pastries. You will have to pay an additional €4 for an egg. Very disappointed as we would expect some more local produce to be served.
The onsite restaurant is also overpriced with ok food. An aperol spritz was €8, while the restaurant in tourist areas in the region only charge €5.
Staff members are nice, but some lack a bit of professionalism.
We stayed at 4 different masseria/winery estates in our 2 weeks’ stay in Puglia and Tuscany, unfortunately, this was the least enjoyable.
Déjeuner fantastique. Personnel aux petits soins. Cadre idyllique.
1x dort essen will.
