Villa Marchesini is a beautiful villa for rent to spend a holiday in the heart of Valle d`Itria. It has a splendid pool surrounded by nature, a solarium and a gazebo where you can relax by the sound of the crickets, characteristic restored trulli so you can feel the typical atmosphere of Puglia, plus a mediterranean villa decorated with care, refined and with special elements.
It`s the ideal place to spend your vacation in Puglia, Ostuni, in the
company of a group of friends or family. The villa is suitable for a
maximum 18 people. Pets are allowed on request.

Villa Marchesini is a splendid property located in the countryside of Ostuni. The green color of the olive trees, typical tree species and lawns surround the large turquoise swimming pool. It`s the white color of the villa that brings harmony and relaxes the senses. The solarium is furnished with sun loungers and by the pool there is also a gazebo equipped with tables and chairs for dining outside, under the shade of bright and flowing curtains. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. You can also prepare excellent grills on the barbecue based on renowned and fine local meats.
Through
the small paths in the the well-kept lawn, you can reach the other
units that form together Villa Marchesini:  two small houses, two trulli
and a lamia that represent the characteristic rural  houses of Puglia.
The property is completely fenced with dry stone walls and nets, it is also equipped with an alarm system.

The first house has a spacious veranda,
a table and chairs so you can have lunch or dinner outside and relax.
In the adjacent area there`s a stone barbecue with sink. The interior consists of a large living room with dining room and seating area with a stone sofa and a TV, a well-equipped kitchenette, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom. On the rear of the house there is an indipendent double bedroom with bathroom ensuite with shower ( 4 accommodations).
The second house has a small veranda with table and chairs shaded by a wooden roof and elegant curtains. Furthermore there are 2 double bedrooms of which one with 2 single beds,  and a bathroom with shower ( 4 accommodations).
The Primo Trullo consists of a beautiful small and essential twin bedroom,
equipped with a bathroom with shower separated from the bedroom by a
curtain and a room with a half-sized bed (120 cm). (for 3 people)
The Secondo Trullo consists of 1 double bedroom and a private bathroom with a shower separated by a curtain. (for 2 people)
La Làmia is a beautiful typical house with vaulted ceilings, carefully restored,a very elegant and welcoming place. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom
with its own bathroom with shower and an internal staircase that leads
to the mezzanine where there is 1 small and beautiful bedroom. There is
the possibility for an additional bed in the double room. (for 4+1
people)
The surroundings of Villa Marchesini in Ostuni
 
Villa Marchesini is immersed in the picturesque landscape of Ostuni,
about 7 kilometers from the center where you will find all main
services, as well as a beautiful historic center to be discovered, a
famous gastronomic tradition and beautiful beaches just a few minutes
away. The Adriatic beaches are fairly close: the closest is Torre Santa Sabina, about 15 kilometers away, but Villanova is also at that distance from the villa, while the protected sea area of Torre Guaceto is about 20 kilometers away.
 




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 150 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Property composed by 5 units.
- Air conditioning in the lamia, in casetta 1 and 2, in the bedroom of trullo 1 and trullo 2. (Only bedroom without air conditioning is the one on the mezzanine of the lamia).
