Villa Cucunci is a beautiful vacation villa for 5 people in Puglia, in the green countryside of Ostuni.
Surrounded by a large garden with an above-ground pool and solarium, it is equipped with all the main accessories such as barbecue, wi-fi internet, air conditioning, washing machine. Pets are allowed.

The garden of Villa Cucunci is large and equipped. You can relax next to the above-ground pool, where there is a small solarium with sunbed, deckchair and umbrella.
The house is introduced by a porch where there are table and chairs, a perfect space for outdoor dining and relaxing in the cool air.
The entrance is into a spacious living room furnished with dining area, sofa and TV, next to the kitchen. The sofa offers 1 sleeping place.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one with French bed, both with characteristic barrel vault. The house is completed by 1 shower room.

Villa Cucunci is located in the countryside just outside Ostuni, known as the "White City," famous for its beautiful historic center that stands out on top of a hill.
All the main services are present in Ostuni. In 10 minutes by car you can also reach the award-winning beaches of Marina di Ostuni and, a little further on, the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.

- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
