Close to the beach and centrally located

The Adrian House is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac near the Norderfeld Health Clinic and offers a beautiful view across the fields towards the Pappelallee holiday community, Niehagen, and, in part, the Bodden. It is surrounded by other properties with gardens and is situated on a green lot with an outdoor seating and barbecue area. The sunny, secluded garden is perfect for relaxing.

Nature lovers, beachgoers, and active guests alike will find something to enjoy here. The Bodden landscapes of Fischland/Darß can be explored via well-maintained biking and hiking trails. The Weststrand beach is about a 40-minute bike ride away, and trips to Dierhagen along the dike are also possible.
The beach is about an 8-minute walk away. Shopping options at the Ostzentrum, several bakeries, a butcher, and supermarkets are also within walking distance (about 5–10 minutes). Numerous restaurants are easily accessible on foot or by bike.

The Adrian holiday home features two holiday apartments, accessible via an outdoor staircase to the upper floor and a shared hallway. A washing machine is available there for shared use (pay-as-you-go system).

The Boddenblick holiday apartment, at approximately 59 square metres, features a large entryway with an integrated, fully equipped kitchenette that includes a fridge-freezer, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, and a dishwasher. From here, you enter the living room. The living room features a dining area for six people and a cosy sofa set with a TV and display cabinet. The récamière can be used as an additional sleeping option if needed.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, double sink, mirror cabinet, and hair dryer.
A spiral staircase leads from the entryway to the attic, which features two sleeping areas and a small desk.
From the attic, you can enjoy a sweeping, relaxing view of the fields and lagoon landscape of Wustrow.
One sleeping area is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200), a reading nook, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. The second area serves as a children’s room and features three single beds, dressers, a table with chairs, and a second TV.

Bedding and towels are NOT included but can be booked separately.
Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted in the house.
One parking space per holiday rental is available. Bicycles can be parked at a bike rack.
