Welcome to the Austernfischer, our architect-designed home in a prime location in Prerow!

It is a thoughtfully designed townhouse in a trio of homes that offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Prerow on approximately 95 square metres. With 3 bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 7 people (plus a baby or toddler); the living space is spread over 3 floors, providing plenty of privacy for all guests.

"Der Austernfischer" is located in a very quiet yet central setting near the Baltic Sea: the beach, shopping, restaurants, bike rentals, and the cinema are all within easy walking distance.

The House:
On the ground floor is a light-filled living and dining area with a large leather corner sofa, 2 leather ottomans, a coffee table, a TV area (satellite/cable), a CD/DVD player, and a dining table that seats 8 people.

The open-concept kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove/ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, microwave with grill function, toaster, and electric kettle. The ground floor also features a guest bathroom.

Upstairs, there is another bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, two bedrooms, and a bright workspace with room for two people. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other has three single mattresses (each 90x200 cm, totaling 270x200 cm) placed side by side—ideal, for example, for three children or as a "family bed" (for children who want to sleep in the same bed as their parents).

In the converted attic, there is another bedroom with two single beds as well as an additional desk/work area for two people.

A travel cot, a high chair, and a stair gate are provided.

Terrace and Garden:
From the living room, you step out onto the spacious, landscaped south/west-facing terrace, which is not visible from the outside and features a dining area for 7–8 people as well as space for 2 lounge chairs.
The large communal garden behind the house is equipped with a sandpit, a swing, and a playhouse for the little guests. Meanwhile, parents can relax in the sun on lounge chairs.

For guests staying at "Der Austernfischer," there is parking on the property for up to 2 cars (maximum total length of 10.30 metres—to be parked one behind the other).

The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
