A spacious living and dining area, the open fully equipped kitchen, a sunny terrace with a beach chair and for the children of 500 square meters fenced garden with private playground.
Relax on the high quality garden furniture.
A large charcoal grill is available for the evening BBQ.

A relaxing lounger or the cozy sofa corner by the fireplace invite you to linger, the in-house sauna offers on warm days cozy warmth and relaxation after a long beach walk.

In the right half of the house there are four bedrooms (3 with double bed, 1 with two single beds perfect for older children or adults).
One bathroom has a shower and the second has a bath. For your well-being, both bathrooms have underfloor heating.

You live on one level, there are no stairs, so this house is ideal for families especially with small children and seniors.

For a relaxing holiday incl. Arrival with children is taken care of:
3 high chairs, 2 cots and a folding mattress are included for free.

Tolles, geräumiges Haus
Toll für große Familien. 4 große Schlafzimmer, schöner Wohn-/Essraum. Kleinigkeiten wie die nur mit Trick funktionierende Kaffeemaschine fallen nichts ins Gewicht. Lage ist nicht ganz zentral, aber ok. Fenster halten Straßenlärm draußen.

Gutes Ferienhaus mit Potential
Ferienhaus ist gut erreichbar. Zentral im Ort und Bäcker/Discounter in kurzer Entfernung. Zum Strand ist es einen entspannten Spaziergang entfernt. Kleines Manko, liegt an Durchgangsstraße. Hätte ich aber selbst mit Blick auf die Karte erkennen können. Aber nicht aufdringlich laut. Haus war sauber, gepflegt und einige Gebrauchsutensilien für den ersten Tag (Tabs Geschirrspüler, Toilettenpapier) sind bei Ankunft vorhanden. Die Liste an Nebenkosten ist lang, sind aber in der Hausbeschreibung enthalten. Daher alles fair. Mit dem Service von Ferienhäusern an der polnischen Ostsee allerdings nicht vergleichbar. Das betrifft daher nicht nur dieses Objekt. Da sind Kaminholz ( für 1-2Tage vorhanden), Saunanutzung inklusive, Bettzeug vorhanden, Küchenrolle, Toilettenpapier, Salz, Zucker,….selbstverständlich. Sei es drum. In meinen Augen bekommt Vermieter sowas in die Kalkulation eingerechnet und kann ein besseres Erlebnis schaffen. Die Sicherung der Sauna kommt hin und wieder, sollte sich ein Elektriker mal anschauen. Ansonsten einige Eurostücke mehr einpacken. Die Matratzen haben nach Ansicht mehrerer Gäste ihre Lebenszeit erreicht…aber vielleicht sollen sie auch Härtegrad 0 haben. Das kommt ja auf den jeweiligen Gast an. Insgesamt ganz ok und empfehlenswert.

Wunderbarer Ort für die Großfamilie
Das Ferienhaus bietet ausreichen Platz für die Großfamilie und ist für den Aufenthalt mit Kleinkindern ideal. Es stehen keine Nippes rum und die Einrichtung ist praktisch. Für Ruhe in den Schlafräumen gibt es eine Zwischentür, die den Trubel von Wohnbereich und Flur abschirmt. Der Strand war jedoch mit Kinderbeinen nicht in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erfolgt auf kurzem Wege und ist angenehm.

Sehr schönes Haus, aber an einer Hauptstraße
Es war alles bestens, alles was benötigt wurde war vorhanden. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter perfekt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist nunmal die Lage an einer Hauptstraße. Uns hat es nur Abends etwas gestört, waren ja tagsüber unterwegs.
