Apartment 'Prerow Am Deich - 4' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

The apartment consists of a 1-storey outbuilding and is located in a quiet, idyllic and yet relatively central location (5 minutes to the harbor at Prerowstrom and PENNY and 15 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach). In the apartment you will not be disturbed by noise from neighboring apartments or noise from outside!

The parking lot is right next to the outbuilding. From the parking lot you go through a garden gate into the associated fenced garden area

(approx. 200 square meters incl. outbuilding) with 2 private terraces.

The apartment consists of a kitchen with dining area, a living room, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a separate boiler room with gas boiler. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and hot water boiler. The living room has a leather corner sofa, a glass cabinet with glasses and a 50 inch TV.

The large bedroom contains 1 double bed (1.8 x 2 m) and the small bedroom contains 2 single beds (0.9 x 2 m)

Free WLAN is available in the apartment.

Garden furniture with cushions and 1 barbecue are available for the terraces.

Pros: Wir haben (zu zweit) eine sehr schöne Woche hier in Prerow / auf dem Darß verbracht. Eine zweckmäßige und saubere Unterkunft, in der wir uns wohlfühlten. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung hält alles vor, was man braucht. Es hat uns gut gefallen!

Pros: Schöne Fewo in der alles da ist was man braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Tolle Lage, direkt am Deich. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Wenn auch in den Nischen und Ecken geputzt wird, gibt's das nächste Mal 5 Sterne für die Sauberkeit. :-) Wir kommen wieder, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Pros: Sehr gute Lage und sehr nette Vermieter nur war leider der Schimmel im Schlafzimmer. Vermieter gab sich sehr viel Mühe, aber für Allergiker ist Wohnung 4 nicht geeignet. Zumal der Schimmel auch das 2. Schlafzimmer an der Außenwand schon angreift.

Pros: Waren im August 2018 Hier. Super Wohnung und alles hell und sauber,Ein netter Vermieter!Es ist alles dagewesen was wir brauchten und noch viel mehr.Wir haben super geschlafen und wollten auch eigentlich nicht mehr weg. Danke noch mal
