This spacious 3-room apartment features 2 bedrooms with either a double bed or 2–3 single beds, a living room with a couch and flat-screen TV, a kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a small separate bathroom.
The apartment is located on the entire lower floor of the holiday home. Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as a grill area with a grill.
Upon request, we also have a cot and a high chair.

From this quiet location, it’s just a 10- to 15-minute walk to the town centre with its restaurants, bars, and cafes, as well as to the lovely fine-sand beach or Baabe Harbour.
In the evening, far away from the hustle and bustle, you can wind down the day in the evening sun on your terrace or in the garden pavilion by the fire and reflect on the day’s experiences… ideally with a delicious glass of Prosecco waiting for you upon arrival.
Interesting tourist spots, such as the harbour with its passenger ferry service, the “Rasender Roland” steam train, or Lake Sellin, are within easy reach on foot, by bike, or via the Bäderbahn train. The bus stop for the surrounding beach towns is not far away.
A perfect combination for holidaymakers who want to relax but still enjoy the occasional adventure and don’t want to miss a thing.





The property is fenced in to keep out the bristly visitors from the adjacent forest.
When the weather is nice, a large play area, a barbecue corner, and a terrace invite you to linger. When the weather is bad (or there’s too much sun), our guests enjoy spending time in the garden pavilion with its fire pit.
