Our exclusive holiday rental is available year-round for your stay—whether in spring, summer, fall, or winter. The island of Rügen is a true holiday paradise in every season!

The “Balticperle” holiday apartment, with 68 m² of living space, accommodates up to 6 people and is located on the ground floor of a separate building (House C) in the popular “Meeresblick” residential complex. The apartment is fully accessible. It features:
• a cosy living and dining room with an electric fireplace,
• two bedrooms for restful nights,
• a fully equipped kitchen,
• a large bathroom and an additional guest bathroom.

The apartment is in a prime location, just 50 metres from the beach—right behind the dunes, surrounded by a beautiful park landscape and beach pines. You can enjoy the ocean view and the gentle sound of the waves right from your balcony or with the window open. Just a few steps (about 80 metres) separate you from the fine sandy beach. You’re also just a short walk from the popular beach promenade with its cosy cafés, restaurants, bars, and small shops.

Let yourself be enchanted by the unique beachfront location and direct ocean view of the “Balticperle” holiday apartment. During your holiday, you can also enjoy complimentary access to the wellness area with a sauna and heated pool—perfect for relaxing and recharging your batteries. For a fee, you can also book a massage or wellness treatment right on site in the massage area!

The apartment includes a free underground parking space that’s over 4 metres wide (accessible for people with disabilities) as well as direct lift access to the apartment. A public charging station for electric cars is located just 300 metres away.

Rental rates are based on 2 people per night. There is an additional charge of 25 euros per night for each additional person. Linen packages (bed linens, towels) can be added for 30 euros per person. There is an additional charge of 12.50 per night per dog.
