"Overall it was very clean, but there were lack of amenities, no slippers, and also the toilet clogged easily and there were no bidets, or anything to help the guest with hygiene and cleaning the toilet. And there was no water inside the rooms and we were instructed to get them from outside although this was not a big problem."

"The hotel is in a very convenient location 5 minutes walk from the old town. The street is very quiet. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options for everyone. Three things didn't work for us: 1. Smell - cleaning staff must have sprayed some chemicals on the carpet or somewhere else and the smell was so strong that I had a headache. I asked at the reception and they told me it was done by cleaning crew. So the smell stayed as long as we did (and I am sure after our departure). 2. Air conditioning did not work in the room. It was warm, and we couldn't get it cooled. I even mentioned it to the reception staff and nothing changed. 3. No windows could be open, so we were stuck with warm and smelly room. The personnel was very friendly and attentive. "

"Clean room but for a price like I paid this is very basic. Not even a fridge nor a coffee bar. Coffee machine is at the main reception so you have to go down to get your coffee. Different but very inconvenient for the customer. Selections of food are ok. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room in general is not too bad . Very central to the old town ."
