"Clean room, good location and staff were very nice. Room itself was a bit basic with no coffee or tea making facilities, the beds weren't the best and the pillows were very uncomfortable and lacked any kind of support for the neck."

"The accommodations were excellent. We had everything that we needed and the location worked perfect for our needs. We needed a few extra supplies and with a quick text message, the supplies were delivered to our door."

"It's a beautifully restored building in a great location on a pedestrian street. The room was immaculate and comfortable. I could have used more pillows, coffee, kleenex and a stir stick..lol. I didn't opt for housekeeping so it was my own fault. A sink by the Nespresso machine would be nice as well. I also find it surprising that a 4* hotel has no restaurant/bar and limited reception hours. The breakfasts were as delicious as reported. "
