Perched at the highest point of the estate, it offers a breathtaking view over the rolling countryside and the charming medieval village of Ostra.



Lovingly restored using original antique materials, it retains all the authentic charm of a traditional rural home, enriched with the comforts of a luxury retreat. Outside, a 3,000 sqm garden filled with flowers and aromatic plants invites you to relax in total privacy, perhaps with a refreshing dip in your private pool.



With its 100 sqm, the villa can accommodate up to 5 guests. It features a spacious living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

The covered veranda is perfect for al fresco dining or unwinding surrounded by nature.
