"I thought the view from my hotel room was superb. The hotel was a bit out of the way from Desenzano town. To get to the pier it required a taxi or bus ride & walk 100m in the heat. Taxis were hard to come by at times. The staff did the best they could to search out taxis for me. My hotel room was clean, spacious and well appointed. It was cleaned daily. The food staff were very helpful. I did think it a bit much to charge for water. I had to ask for tea making facilities. I enjoyed my stay there"

"A fantastic B&B. A spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious room with the added benefit of air conditioning when required. It was very useful having ready access to a communal fridge on the ground floor in which to store our fresh food. Each morning a good breakfast was provided."

"Fijn huis op een prachtige plek. Het huis is veel ruimer dan het op de foto's lijkt. In deze warme zomer waren we erg blij met de airco in de bovenste slaapkamer en in de grootste slaapkamer op de 1e verdieping. Het huis is heerlijk ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht is prachtig en het ligt heerlijk rustig. Leuk om te doen: Sirmione mooi stadje 20 min rijden. Skatepark Desenzano 15 min. Prachtig water/zwemparadijs Cavour 15 min. Met de trein naar Verona."

"Beautiful luxury hotel feel surrounded by nature. Rooms were impeccably clean and well appointed. Lots of space. Amazing made to order breakfast with all the details. Comfy bed and AC kept room cool during heat waves. The pool area was lovely and so relaxing. The staff super friendly and kind, genuinely made us feel welcome. Cannot wait to come back. Many great restaurants nearby including the renowned hotel restaurant. The daily housekeeping was impeccable- felt like a new room every time it was serviced. These little touches make all the difference."

"Hotel staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to look after us and advise on the local area. The swimming pool was very clean and refreshing. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food. Very close to the lake and the bus stop was close by which made getting around very accessible if you didn’t have a car. Would definitely stay there again."

"Currently, Summer 2026, there is a little construction going on around the property. Other than that, there is at least one staff member/possible owner who can speak English. The room was nice. The shower was wonderful after a hot day. They provide a glass bottle of still water (regular) or sparkling water. There is a restaurant, but we didn't eat there due to other arrangements."

"Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns war es sehr gut, dass es keine Probleme gab, mit unseren 2 Hunden anzureisen. Die Aussicht von der Terasse war wunderschön."
