  • The quiet and family-friendly family house is located on the southern shore of Lake Ossiach. On 2 floors there are 4 bedrooms with space for 6 people, a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, a large living room with dining table and a cozy seating area, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony that invites you to relax. You can explore the lake with our own rowing boat, there is also the option of using our surfboard. In the nearer and further surroundings there are numerous excursion destinations - Landskron ruins with birds of prey and Affenberg, Ossiach Abbey (Carinthian summer), Gerlitzen Alpe, Minimundus, Nockberge National Park, Obir stalactite caves, Hochosterwitz Castle, Großglockner, Raggaschlucht, Finkenstein castle ruins, Villach, Klagenfurt, Slovenia, Italy. In winter you can reach several ski areas within an hour's drive. The Kärntnertherme in Villach and the Römerbad in Bad Kleinkirchheim invite you to relax.

The house is better than the pictures. Everything was lovely. Stayed with my husband and 2 kids. Plenty of room for us all (definitely room for more, quite comfortably). We didn’t utilize the outdoor space as much as I would have liked, but the patio looking out to the lake was fabulous. The space feel very secluded and on a quiet end of the lake. Easy access to grocery. We had a car, but did notice that there was a bus stop a short walk away. The kitchen was well stocked with enough cooking implements and cutlery. Would highly recommend this house for your stay in the area.

Wir waren eine Gruppe Motorradfahrer, die zum Harley event am faaker see, in der Unterkunft untergebracht waren. Die Unterkunft war unglaublich um fernab vom großen trubel, auch einfach abzuschalten und um die Natur zu genießen. Der Blick auf dem see, war bei jedem frühstücken ein echtes Highlit. Das Haus ist im Top zustand und sehr geräumig. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Von uns gibt es alle Sterne und nochmals ein ganz großes Dankeschön für den tollen aufenthalt.

Wir haben, in dem wunderschönen Seehaus, herrliche Urlaubstage verbringen können. Das Haus bietet viel Platz für eine Familie, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat einen riesigen Balkon mit Blick über das gepflegte Grundstück auf den Ossiacher See. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen und hatten dann eine wirklich schöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus. Da das Haus nicht direkt in der Touristenhochburg liegt, konnten wir abends den Tag ruhig und gemütlich auf dem Balkon ausklingen lassen. Die Ausstattung ist super, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Realität übertrifft die Beschreibung - denn hinzu kommt ein top Dialog mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld, ein überaus herzlicher Check-in Vorhang, ein guter Tropfen auf dem Tisch, eine gefüllte Kaffeemaschine… kurzum: Gastgeber pur. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Haus, umrahmt von einer Traumkulisse sehr genossen - Dankeschön!

Haus am See

Wir haben als Familie, mit vier Personen und zwei Hunden, wundervolle Tage am Ossiacher See verlebt. Das Haus ist, so wie beschrieben, sehr gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf dem Balkon, der, so wie das Haus auch, sehr groß ist und mit Blick auf den See, verbracht. Das Grundstück, mit Zugang zum See, ist sehr gepflegt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Kommen gerne wieder!

1 Woche traumhaftes Wetter, tolles Haus am See mit allem was man braucht, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral angebunden, eingebettet in die Bergwelt von Kärnten und weniger als eine Stunde bis Italien. Einfach top!

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir können dieses Haus wirklich nur empfehlen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es gibt alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht und der Blick über See und Berge vom Balkon aus ist unbezahlbar. Der eigene Badesteg ist herrlich und lädt zum Schwimmen und SUP fahren ein.
