This is not a condo, not a shared pool, not a listing with surprise fees. This is your own 3-bedroom, fully fenced, pet-friendly house with a private screened pool and jacuzzi just steps outside your door – seen in every photo.

Living Room 1: Huge, cloud-like gray modular sectional sofa with white accent pillows, perfect for the whole family. Wall-mounted Smart TV with beach sunset art – 55 inch. Open sight lines straight through to the pool door.

Living Room 2 / Nook: Second cozy sitting area with a built-in window bench with storage – see photo – perfect for morning coffee, kids reading nook, or extra seating. Round farmhouse table on a pedestal base, bright white curtains, and gray sofa continuation. This is a favorite spot for guests.

Kitchen: The heart of the home! White shaker cabinets with black hardware, herringbone backsplash, quartz counters, and full stainless steel appliances – French door refrigerator with bottom freezer, electric range, microwave over stove, and dishwasher. Large quartz island with waterfall edge and 2 modern white barstools with black trim and studded details. Pendant lights, coffee bar with Keurig and electric kettle, toaster, knife block, and fully equipped with pots, pans, and utensils. Stainless step trash can and plenty of counter space. And yes – we added a built-in pet door in the back door – you can see it in Photo 4 – so your dogs can go in and out to the screened lanai without you getting up.

Ceiling fan with light, blackout curtains, and tons of closet space. The bathroom features a relaxing bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring, plus vanity and toilet.

We keep it simple, clean, and comfortable with fresh linens, extra blankets, and fans in every room.
