We loved the historical atmosphere of the whole property, the homestead and gardens, historic buildings to see, and the history of the family to hear about.
The accommodation was comfortable and quaint, quiet and cosy with wonderful views of the countryside from the verandah of Pumpkin Cottage. An added bonus was the cosy s.c.fire. The dawn was magic to see from the bedroom window. Breakfast was very generous also.

The park was very well laid out and nice and quiet. It suited our needs with a young child perfectly. Nice and close to everything without the city noise and traffic. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Only one tiny problem when one side of the electric blanket didn't work but then that can happen anywhere. There were extra blankets so we were able to be warm. We reported it and management were going to fix it straight away. Great atmosphere and facilities, and we enjoyed the "away from the city" environment. It is nice there are still affordable places to stay for families.
